Brand story
Allen Perumal started Figureology after searching for better paddle gear.
Founder Allen Perumal grew up around active, competitive sports like volleyball and cricket. After injuries made those sports harder to play regularly, he found pickleball: fast enough to feel exciting, social enough to keep coming back, and accessible enough for friends and family to join.
The problem was the gear. Many paddles felt generic, overly plain, or not premium enough for players who cared about both feel and style. Figureology was created in San Francisco to close that gap with paddles that feel credible for improving players and still look energetic, personal, and easy to gift.
Today the brand focuses on gear that feels easier to choose and better to carry: paddles for performance-focused players, recreational games, family play, and younger athletes learning the sport.
